§ 10-2. Fees.

A.
A basic annual fee of $25 is required as a condition precedent to the granting of an auctioneer's license.

B.
A fee of $25, in addition to the basic fee, shall be due and payable for each and every day during which a licensed auctioneer conducts an auction or acts as an auctioneer. Such payment shall be made to the Treasurer on or before the next business day following such auction at his office.
