§ 64-12. Time restrictions.

Between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 am. of the following morning, and at any time on Sunday and public holidays as defined in § 64-1, the following acts are not permitted:

A.
The construction, demolition, alteration or repair of any building or the operation of construction machinery. Nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit minor alteration to the interior of a building, which is entirely enclosed, or the use of small power tools and machinery for the maintenance of a person's property.

B.
The use or operation of any landscaping equipment by a commercial landscaper.

C.
The use or operation of any recreational vehicle on private or public property.

D.
The use of explosives, firearms or similar devices, except as otherwise permitted by law.
